Key Role:

Bring your foreign engage and combatant command expertise to work on projects for the client. Maintain strategic and operational relationships and interact at a senior level across the Department of Defense. Conduct strategic, Defense Intelligence Enterprise (DIE)-wide planning and coordination for military intelligence cooperation and engagements with partner agencies. Guide the work we do for the client and the solutions we deliver.

Communicate understanding of the National Security and Military Strategies, as well as Defense Intelligence issues to further partner engagement objectives.

Facilitate partner engagement activities using judgment in interpreting applicable policies, directives, regulations, and procedures guiding partner engagement. Plan engagement activities with only general guidance and direction from supervisors. Advise on engagement activity to comply with policy, strategic direction, and intent.


Basic Qualifications:


  • 6+ years of experience with supporting DoD agencies, including as an intelligence analyst
  • Experience in the USEUCOM AOR, including Eastern European countries
  • Experience with the oversight of security cooperation programs in Europe, including training and equipping partners and assessment, monitoring, and evaluation of security cooperation programs
  • Knowledge of the roles and relationships between DoD agencies
  • Ability to travel both within and externally to the USEUCOM and work a shift schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor's degree

Additional Qualifications:


  • Defense Security Cooperation University level 1 or 2 Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.

The projected compensation range for this position is $73,000.00 to $166, annualized USD).

The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
