The Operations central function is responsible for the global production network at Vitesco Technologies and for all production plants worldwide.

As the Human Relations (HR) function for Operations, we act as a strategic partner for the business, and aim to contribute to our employees' satisfaction and the achievement of our organizational goals through coordinated activities and solutions.

On a global scale, we provide and ensure standardized HR processes and tools in our production network, drive leadership development programs and talent management activities for our talents, and initiate HR projects within the organization.

Furthermore, we advise and support HR colleagues in the regions and plants and collaborate cross-functionally and with the entire HR network of Vitesco Technologies.


Your Mission:


  • Supporting the organization of the yearly talent management cycle
  • Supporting the strategic project of Digitalization of HR Processes in the production environment
  • Supporting the area of feedback landscape
  • Supporting the area of international mobility
  • Independent collaboration in further strategic projects as well as operational activities of the HR Business Partners

Your Talents:


  • Studies in the field of psychology, economics, educational science, social science or comparable courses
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Powerpoint)
  • Fluent English skills (spoken and written), an additional language is a plus
  • A quick comprehension, selfreliant working ability, communication skills and team spirit complete your profile
  • Prior experience, e.g. in form of an internship, is a plus
