YOUR ROLE:

Take part in the innovation process, including coordination and alignment with other departments
Develop concepts for new products in our 3 categories, coloration, hair care and styling
Monitor fashion and hair trend research
Involve in the creation and implementation of our quarterly look collection the Street Style Collection, in collaboration with the Creative Team
Analyze the product performance, competition and strategic market
Support on invoicing, budgeting, presentations, organizing internal/external events/workshops etc.

YOUR SKILLS:

Student who has successfully passed first semesters of businessrelated studies, ideally with focus on marketing
Practical and international experience, e.g. by internships and semester abroad, is beneficial
Fluent English language skills, German language is a plus, not mandatory
Selfmotivated, creative and openminded personality with high level of independence
Interest in B2B hair care, hairdressing industry and digital savvy
Availability as of 15th May 2024 for six months

We offer you an attractive salary between € gross per month. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the
desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
