Your tasks:

Product Management & Improvement

  • Act as the main representative for all strategic demands for HR products or solutions related to corporate Feedback & Performance Mgmt. (Performance and Feedback channels, events, tools and processes)
  • Bundling and maturing principles and standards for all areas under Feedback & Performance Mgmt. and thus providing transparency for all relevant stakeholders
  • Actively engage with Product Owners within People Excellence to ensure that feedback and performance management processes are seamlessly integrated and strategically connected to linked processes such as Talent Diagnostics & Management, Talent and Leadership Development, Total Rewards as well as Skilling & Learning
  • Assume role of business owner for Feedback & Performance Mgmt. systems and solutions
  • Drive conceptualization and implementation of performance management module in SAP SuccessFactors
  • Set up communities of practice and feedback mechanisms (across tribes & departments with all colleagues with the same functional focus area) to foster continuous exchange, joint standards, skill & competency building as well as maximization of capacities
  • Stay on top of the trends and developments in respective area of expertise and proactively present innovative and forwardthinking ideas and solutions
  • Product Development & Delivery
  • Build and implement a transparent, consistent, endtoend process of organizational listening and feedback across the entire employee lifecycle
  • Provide pragmatic, easyto use tools and methods that equip the organization to drive engagement and performance across the workforce and are adding value on global, regional and local level
  • Mature processes to measure and calibrate performance as an important enabler for an equitable, fair, and sustainable management of our core HR solutions (e.g. Compensation, Skilling & Learning) and people decisions
  • Define and steer delivery of implementation plan and respective key results within area of responsibility in collaboration with agile project management/transformation unit, assume endtoend accountability that solutions are delivered and implemented efficiently and effectively
  • Design and implement concepts and training solutions to build a performance oriented culture consistently across the organization
  • Manage and create visibility around the product backlog, or the prioritized list of requirements for future product development
  • Closely engage with respective solution design teams within and outside of the tribe and clarify demands and expectations
  • Closely and regularly engage with HR Business Partner and Services organization to understand their needs and priorities related to Feedback & Performance Mgmt., enable them to make the best use of products and get feedback on their experience in the use of existing standard solutions

Your profile:


  • Several years of operational and strategic experience across multiple areas of HR with a strong linkage to IT in an international context
  • Excellent communicator and collaborator
  • Proven experience in working and leading projects and teams, ideally in an agile setting
  • Strong customer focus and business acumen, paired with a proven track record in developing and implementing endtoend HR solutions within and outside of HR
  • Proven track record in working with diverse stakeholder groups across different geographies
  • Strong understanding of performance management module and process in SAP SuccessFactors or comparable HCM system
  • Excellent understanding of HR core as well as interplay with business and financial processes
  • Excellent strategic and analytical skills
  • Strong resilience and ability to flexibly adjust to new circumstances
  • Strong network with relevant partners, thought leaders and organizations as well as qualifications/certifications in the areas of process design and project management
