Every day is different

In this position you will have the chance to collaborate with various Global HR Teams, gaining exposure to international HR practices and Project Management business operations.

As a working student in this position, you are part of two global teams: the Global HR BP team and the Project Entity team, responsible for executing complex projects for Siemens Energy.

This role will require you to have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and an interest in both HR and Project Management.

Excellent communication skills in English & German and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are also essential for this role.

How You'll Make an Impact

Support with functional development and project excellence projects
Supporting the global HR Business Partner in personnel development topics
Preparation of management meetings, workshops and creation of presentations
Support organisational change by managing large amounts of data (in Excel and various IT tools) and collaborating with key stakeholders and business unit interfaces
Support in HR reporting and data analysis
Administrative and other special topics

What You Bring

Current studies in business administration or comparable
High level of initiative with strong analytical, conceptual and communication skills
Resultsorientation, careful and reliable way of working, openmindedness, ability to work in a team, motivation and enthusiasm
Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Fluency in German and English
