- You will lead the execution of new deals and manage new portfolio companies
- Identifying and assessing potential investment prospects for the firm, assuming significant responsibility for all phases of the deal process from inception to completion
- Financial and market analysis and management of all relevant due diligence tasks
- Serving as a representative for the firm and cooperating with management teams post-investment
- Outstanding academic background
- Robust transactional experience from a strategic consulting and buy-side background or similar relevant industry exposure
- Background in the life sciences or healthcare sector
- Exceptional communication capabilities and the ability to engage effectively with management teams
- Sound financial analysis skills and strong business acumen
- Dynamism, entrepreneurship, and a driven approach, aligned with the existing team
- Proficiency in German and English languages is essential
