    Job Role: Recruitment/Human Resource Associate

    Location: Hamburg, Germany

    Help shape the energy turnaround at Elements Green Deutschland GmbH. - as a Senior Human Resource Generalist (m/f/d)

    • Lead talent acquisition activities for the German business using LinkedIn and any other job sites made available.
    • Coordinate detailed job descriptions with line managers to be posted online.
    • Conduct market research and create reports for leadership to ensure we are maintaining our competitiveness in the hiring market.
    • Manage the entire candidate experience, from identification through to onboarding, ensuring a positive experience throughout.
    • Liaise with leadership to identify key skill sets to be identified for the future, creating a passive pipeline of exceptional industry talent.
    • Take ownership of basic HR administrative function for German business, including contracts and employee document management.
    • Help to build a positive employer brand in the market.
    • Support other international hiring requirements within the Group.
    • Provide HR support to employees on various HR-related matters, including benefits administration, employee relations, and performance management.
    • Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
    • Conduct new employee orientations and ensure a positive onboarding experience.
    • Maintain employee records and HR databases.
    • Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed.

    • Experience recruiting best in class talent within the renewable energy development sector is essential
    • A deep and thorough understanding of the renewable energy jobs market, including market insights and best practice
    • Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to build lasting relationships, both with internal and external parties
    • Fluent in German and English is essential
    • Strong business acumen and a good grasp of both technical and non-technical hiring requirements
    • Comfortable with hiring at all levels, from graduates to Executives
    • Able to work in a fast-paced growth market with a scaling business, often taking ownership of workstreams outside of core responsibilities.
