Your Mission

  • Business Models & Pricing Project Management (7080%)
  • Oversee and manage strategic and operational projects within our Business Models & Pricing function, ensuring efficient and timely execution, documentation and alignment with overall strategic goals.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including sales, marketing, finance, and IT, to ensure project goals are met.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the leadership team, offering insights and recommendations as an equal member of the current and future leadership team.
  • Represent the supervisor in meetings and discussions when necessary.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and monitor progress to ensure project milestones are achieved.
  • Identify and mitigate risks and address any issues or roadblocks that may arise during project execution.


  • Technology Liason

  • Research and Implementation for Global Revenue Operations (1020%)
  • Serve as a technology liaison, keeping abreast of new tools and technologies relevant to the Revenue Operations function.
  • Research and evaluate potential technology solutions that can optimize our revenue operations, improve efficiency, and drive growth.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements, and recommend appropriate technology solutions.
  • Lead the implementation and integration of selected technologies, ensuring successful adoption across the organization.
  • Organizational tasks Business Models & Pricing (510%)
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the supervisor and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement strategic plans.
  • Conduct research and analysis to support decisionmaking processes.
  • Monitor industry trends and provide insights to inform strategic direction.
  • Develop and execute communication strategies to ensure the organization is wellinformed.
  • Improving the supervisor's schedule, ensuring optimal use of time and prioritization of tasks.
  • Prepare briefing materials, presentations, and reports for leadership & team meetings.
Your Talents

  • At least 3 years of professional experience
  • Bachelor's degree or higher (Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Economics or IT)
  • Proficiency in project management tools/software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Trello, Asana)
  • Confident handling of MS Office, especially Excel
  • Good knowledge of SAP
  • Good knowledge of written and spoken English (business fluent)
