A., Munich Branch represents the Holding Company in Germany with services in the areas of information and communications technology (ICT), back office and middle office, security management, procurement and governance functions.


Client Lifecycle & Reporting Solutions IT is responsible for C-Base, a CRM system based on Oracle Siebel, a key-platform for managing counterparty and client data within UniCredit.

It is connected to a wide range of front office and static data systems and performs and publishes this information to downstream systems.

The platform consists of an installation of Oracle Siebel and transactional databases. ETL processes are implemented with Informatica ETL and scheduled by Control-M.

You will work in a team distributed geographically between two locations: Munich and Warsaw. The team consists of Technical Analysts/Engineers, Product Specialists, Developers (java, ETL and Siebel) and Project Managers.


You will have a chance to work on a constantly evolving and growing Platform and you will be involved in big technical and business projects with members located in many different countries.


To support our team, we are looking for a new colleague, supporting our Siebel team for both projects and run support as product specialist.


What you can expect from us:

  • participation in the project lifecycle from requirement gathering to production rollout, using both agile and waterfall methods
- integration of new solutions into the overall process & IT landscape
- support of business users in the daily business and incidents resolution


What we expect from you:

- strong, professional experience in requirement analysis and solution specification or similar
- min. 3 years (preferred banking area) on Oracle Siebel
- very good analytical & conceptual skills
- good communication skills and desire to work in a team

  • Strong knowledge of SQL and Oracle DB
  • Strong data analysis skills
  • Experience in standard IT testing procedures
- knowledge of Oracle Siebel IP17 and OBIEE (optional)

  • Experience in data visualization with OBI (optional)
  • Ability to read and understand Java Script code
- ability to work independently and pro-active
- solution & goal-oriented mind-set
- fluent in English (working language, international team)
- preferred University degree in following area: IT, Mathematics, Finance
