COCO-MAT group, an innovative Greek company in the field of natural sleep, is looking for a highly energetic, passionate, and responsible new member for its Retail Sales team and specifically for the position of:

Sales Associate

As a Sales Associate, you will play a pivotal role in representing our brand and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Your primary responsibility is to drive sales and foster relationships with high-end clientele, ensuring that the brand's luxury image and standards are consistently upheld.


Responsibilities and daily tasks:


  • Drive business as an active member of the sales team
  • Provide exceptional customer service experience by listening, educating, and assisting customers in meeting their needs, cross sell to customers by demonstrating an excellent knowledge of the products
  • Proactive on after sales following up and maximizing sales opportunities
  • Develop customer loyalty through education on brand
  • Process and register transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Support brand identity through merchandising guidelines.

Qualifications & Skills:


  • Minimum of 2 years of proven luxury retail sales experience
  • Bachelor's degree is a plus
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent negotiation and relationshipbuilding skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with highprofile clients
  • Resultsdriven with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
