Regional People Business Partner (f/m/d):
As a Regional People Business Partner you will have the responsibilities to support the local HR team to align with Regional HQ's strategies and to implement critical HR process, policies and initiatives for the European region.
_ We want you to:
_:
- Deploy regional HR projects and initiatives within local subsidiaries by developing new approach such as "HR tool box" and special support intervention scheme
- On request and with the support of the local HR Manager conduct local workshop and training on regional HR projects and initiatives
- Realize intervention at local level on people issues when requested
- Support local HR Manager in realizing regional initiatives and standards implementation
- Identify local and regional HR best practices and share them with other markets
- Involve in diverse regional HR projects that benefits for the creation of common culture and common practices
- Identify learning and development needs & opportunities among HR professionals within the region to ensure HR is acting and recognized as strategic business partner
- Support the organization in defining internal opportunities within the Hyundai and Genesis markets
- Be active in the creation of a common regional HR spirit and culture
- Have the readiness to travel within the EU (Travelling can be up to 50%)

_ Requirements:

- University degree
- Business Administration, Human Resources management or related field to organizational learning & development
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in human resources, learning & development, talent development, professional teaching or business coaching
- Ability to work independently but also a collaborative team player
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage project plans
- Very good command of English and additional EU language is a plus
- Proficient knowledge of MS Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment
- Selfreliable, independent working style
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
