The primary focus as
Specialist (M/F/d) for Warranty Recovery is to manage, develop and lead commercial warranty recovery initiatives and processes in a manner that is consistent with the achievement of Global Warranty Recovery targets global strategies for a designated group of suppliers for a defined commodity mix.

What You Will Do

You coordinate and conduct negotiations with suppliers for reimbursement of warranty and guarantee costs
You negotiate global supplier warranty agreements and develop them further
You ensure a stable and efficient warranty process within the framework of a trusting cooperation with suppliers
You prepare evaluations on recovery activities as a basis for decisionmaking and make them available to others
You coordinate closely with internal interfaces such as purchasing, engineering and global technical service

What You Will Bring

Bachelor's degree in the field of business administration, industrial engineering or similar
Knowledge in the area of supply chain as well as experience in conducting supplier negotiations
Knowledge and interest in the area of technology for transmissions / axles / brakes
Fluent German and English, both written and spoken

A Plus If You Have

Experience in successful collaboration in a large global company with multiple locations and functions
Strong analytical skills and experience in creating business cases for strategic development
