Requirements:

Day to day tasks of the Technical Assistant will include:

Using filtration techniques, e.g. sterile filtration and TFF
Conducting processrelevant analysis (e.g. DLS, ELISA and qPCR) to determine the qualitative and quantitative properties of the produced rAAV
Documentation of experimental work
Presentation of results in the team
General tasks for laboratory organization as well as maintaining the laboratory operation, equipment responsibility and material procurement
You will be trained for Chromatographic purification of recombinant adeno associated viruses (rAAVs)
Working with organisms of risk groups 1 and 2

Your qualifications:

Related education
You possess a quality awareness and an organizational talent regarding planning, execution and documentation of experiments
You have already worked on the purification of recombinant proteins or viral vectors on a laboratory scale
Handson experience with chromatographic or TFF systems would be desirable but not essential
You have performed analytical methods, like qPCR or ELISA
Good level of German and/or English
The use of MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
You enjoy working in a team
