Assuring the quality of the Audits conducted in Germany- Preparing and participating in agents' audits and training campaigns.
- Reviewing and enforcing the company's compliance policies and internal procedures in agent and Ria store locations
- Conducting compliance training
Qualifications:
- Attention to detail.
- Advanced analytical Skills
- Being proactive, providing constantly feedback for improving the current procedures and policies.
- Maintain an acceptable level of teamwork by incorporating a positive attitude, and being supportive in words and actions.
- Demonstrate a sense of responsibility, confidentiality, and professionalism.
- Maintain a high level of commitment
And technical skills:
- Relevant experience in Compliance / Risk Operations.
- Advanced Excel skills, including the execution of simple Excel Macros.
- Availability to travel around Germany (up to 50% maximum).
- Fluent in English and German is a must
