We're looking for an Account Executive to join the Large Customer Sales Team DACH at Snap Inc


What you'll do:

  • Build, manage, and grow relationships and spend with one of the most sophisticated Direct Response advertisers in the world, by helping them achieve performance that exceeds advertiser expectations
  • Partner with Account Management and Sector Leadership to analyse campaign performance statistics and recommend performance optimizations
  • Manage projects involving complex work streams and crossfunctional collaboration (internally and externally)
  • Dive deep into campaign performance data; guiding KPIdriven measurement strategies, identifying performance trends, optimizing campaigns to achieve results, and providing recommendations for upsell opportunities
  • Increase revenue and share of wallet with our most complex performanceoriented client, providing ongoing technical support and realtime analyses
  • Serve as the Snap product expert by educating clients and ad partners on Snap's advertising product suite and influencing Snap's ad product roadmap by owning your client's participation in Alphas and Betas
  • Ensure that our clients receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service
  • Be viewed as the owner for the partnership with our clients, among client's senior and executive management
  • Create, own, and execute the strategic approach for each unit within the assigned eCommerce clients' organizations with the intent to simultaneously unlock and elevate each relationship
  • Develop and implement best practices for client interaction, sales, and services
  • Own planning and development of all senior client meeting agendas, including having the right materials, participants, and key actions

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Deep understanding of advertising performance metrics and ecosystem
  • Deep knowledge of social media, mobile apps, and digital and mobile marketing
  • Understanding of the selfserve platform, auction, and biddable form of digital advertising buying
  • Background working with both internal and external partners
  • Proven performance winning the support of key stakeholders across all levels of hierarchy within client organizations
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, as well as experience with analyzing datasets, and delivering actionable insights
  • Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal
  • Proven ability to work effectively with crossfunctional teams and all levels of management (internally and externally)
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail
  • Proven ability to perform well in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment
  • Proven ability to manage ambiguity and maintain a action oriented approach

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BS/BA degree in business, communications, marketing, or another related area of study or equivalent years of experience 7+ years experience in the digital media industry, with a focus on performance marketing, adtech, programmatic in realtime bidding marketplaces, or a related field
  • Fluency in German and English is required to interact with external and internal stakeholders
  • Role will be based from our Hamburg or Berlin office.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Data Science and incrementality testing
  • MS in quantitative field
