As a member of the on-site services team, you provide technical support and operational excellence related to IT services

How you will contribute

You will work with technology teams at global, regional and in-country levels to ensure that enterprise initiatives and supplier agreements are delivered to local markets cost effectively and with a high degree of customer satisfaction.

To excel in this role, you will effectively oversee the vendors performing these services for Mondelēz and work closely with the wider IT team to ensure seamless alignment and provide overall leadership for IT field services in your area who support IT infrastructure setups, namely networks, hosting, end-user computing, printing, fixed and mobile voice services.

You will also work with vendors to ensure resource needs being met across the country or business unit.

More about this role

The DACH OSS Lead will work with technology teams at global, regional and in-country levels to ensure that enterprise initiatives and supplier agreements are delivered to the DACH markets cost effectively and with a high degree of customer satisfaction.

THe OSS Lead will closely interact and manage senior Stakeholders in DACH country HQs (Bremen, Vienna + Zurich) as well as ensure close collaboration and alignment with CE Service Manager from HCL and MDS Engagement Lead CE (both based in Bremen).

To excel in this role, the DACH OSS Lead will effectively oversee the vendors performing these services for Mondelēz, work closely with the wider IT team to ensure seamless alignment and provide overall leadership for IT field services who support IT infrastructure setups, namely networks, hosting, end-user computing, printing, fixed and mobile voice services.

You will also work with vendors to ensure resource needs being met across the office and plant locations in DACH.

What extra ingredients you will bring

:

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems/Computer Science/Business or equivalent
Extensive experience and good understanding of IT/IS/environment/services/technology years +)
Good knowledge and understanding of SAP and general Financial and Procurement processes
Supplier relationship and contract management
Customer service and communicating effectively, verbally and in writing

Feels confident to engage with senior stakeholders across countries and functions, incl. MELT members and their Exec Assistants
