Your future team

You will be part of Bookiply Product, a highly international team composed of Engineers, Design, Product Management, Technical Support, and QA.

You will join the Channel Manager team that is based in our headquarters in Munich and responsible for ensuring our hosts' vacation rental listings are correctly available across all distribution channels.

In your role as a Product Support intern in our Channel Manager team you will ensure that all integrations are stable, troubleshoot and solve reported issues, and act as the interface between internal stakeholders and the engineering team.

Your role in this journey

You provide technical support for new internal processes and integrations in addition to ensuring the existing ones are reliable and stable.
You manage projects to improve the integration with internal and external systems.
You use different tools to monitor, debug and resolve incidents (e.g. Kibana, Looker, JIRA, Confluence, Grafana, Postman, and SQL queries).
You act as the primary interface between the Product team and internal stakeholders, ensuring communication is both timely and effective.

Your backpack is filled with

Currently enrolled or recently finished studies in a technical area.
Good understanding of API integrations (e.g. JSON, XML) and SQL queries.
Love and understanding of technology and system integrations.
Desire to build and maintain strong relationships with Product and Engineering Teams.
Previous experience in a product or technical support role is a plus.
Project management skills and an analytical and processoriented mindset is a plus.
Fluency in English.
