At least 5+ year's post-qualification legal experience in a law firm on in-house at an international company

We are looking for a talented lawyer to lead legal support for our rapidly growing and evolving Amazon last mile delivery network.

You will be an integral part of the business teams you support, serving as lead counsel on a variety of matters, including advising on operations at Amazon's delivery stations, product, and regulatory issues, negotiating procurement contracts, helping business clients resolve issues that arise in commercial relationships, and handling regulatory contacts and inquiries.

You will help the business teams develop programs and tools to continually improve our customer delivery experience.

You will develop strategies for handling legal issues in creative, business-centric ways and you will build processes that address risk and provide us with the flexibility and freedom to move quickly.


As you will be working with EU central business teams who are developing products and technology that will be leveraged regionally and globally, some travel, domestic and international, will be required.

The role is based in Amazon's Munich or Luxembourg office campus.

Munich, BY, DEU

  • A mix of corporate law firm and inhouse experience (ideally in a startup or other rapid growth phase) is a plus, with experience in technology transactions, product counseling and/or commercial law
  • Ability to work effectively and demonstrate sound judgment in fastpaced, ambiguous situations
  • Ability to work independently while contributing successfully to crossfunctional teams
  • Strong analytical and computer skills
