Your role

Finance (50%)

Assist in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) by gathering and analyzing financial data, helping to create forecasts, and identifying trends.
Support the finance team in controlling activities, such as budget tracking, variance analysis, and cost optimization.
Participate in the preparation of financial reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
Collaborate with the data analytics team to extract insights from financial data and assist in creating datadriven reports.
Conduct market research and analysis to support business decisionmaking.
Partner with several departments and local country teams (e.g. Business Development, International Growth, Engineering & Machine Learning).
Help with new tools and system implementation, onboarding, and golive phases.

People Ops (50%)

Assist in office management tasks, including inventory management (e.g. office furniture, notebook, other hardware), workspace organization, and liaising with vendors.
Support the People Ops team with various HR projects, such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives.
Help coordinate and document employee training sessions and workshops.
Assist in the implementation and monitoring of HR policies and procedures.
Contribute to ad hoc people operations projects related to employee wellbeing and organizational culture.

Profile:

Currently enrolled in Master's or MBA's degree program. Finance, Business Management, Economics, Accounting or a related field is a strong plus, but we are open to all academic disciplines.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Detailoriented, organized, and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in English working proficiency in German is a significant plus.
