Your areas of responsibility:

Support ongoing operational excellence by maintaining and improving specialty functionalities such as Onsite Search, Product Recommendations, Ratings & Reviews, User-Surveys/Insights and more.
Assist in analyzing new requirements and work closely with the rest of the Frontend E-Commerce team to transform ideas into reality. This includes conducting research, ideation, conception, design, development, testing, and evaluating success.
Participate in projects of various size, such as international rollouts or the implementation of 3rdparty features.
Evolve into an expert for Frontend / Salesforce Commerce Cloud and related systems.

Your qualification profile:

Prior experience in E-Commerce, preferably in a B2C setting.
Solid technical understanding and a keen interest in optimizing User Experience & Design.
Familiarity with writing User Stories and Requirements is a plus.
Basic understanding of E-Commerce system architecture is advantageous (preferably Salesforce Commerce Cloud, but also Magento, Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.).
Experience in collaborating with external partners across multiple regions.
Selfmotivated individual with a strong drive for completing projects.
Comfortable in a dynamic work environment and open to challenging the Status Quo.
Fluent communication skills in English.
