As a Business Partner - directly reporting to our HRD - you are a proactive and competent partner for our Maisons in all HR related operational and strategic topics along the whole employee live cycle.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Manage all HRtopics for assigned brands (recruiting, onboarding, talent management, development, legal, health management, offboarding and retention) for both office and field population
First point of contact and strong sparring partner for General Management and Managers in all HRrelevant topics
Support HR Controlling during yearly compensation and budget processes
Continuous improvement of processes, pioneering new ways of working and digital transformation
Owner of different HR projects
Close cooperation with international HQs, adaption of global projects and initiatives for the local audience

PROFILE

WHO YOU ARE

University degree in HR, Business or equivalent
Min 3 years relevant work experience as HR Business Partner, ideally in FMCG and/or retail
Knowledge of latest Recruiting trends and Employer Branding approaches
Fluent in German and English
Innovative mindset with handson and cando mentality
Peopleoriented, open personality, who can work with a diverse range of people
Excellent communicator and networker
Organized and proactive selfstarter with high work ethic
Analytical and businessminded thinking
