From auditing to accounting, our Finance department plays a vital role in ensuring that our operations run smoothly and we continue to grow worldwide.

All about the role

When you join us as an Accountant, you will be part of a talented team that handles accounting activities at our Berlin office and beyond.

In addition to your day-to-day responsibilities, you will support by delivering monthly financial data, as well as supporting with the regular balance sheet and profit and loss flux analysis.

This varied job will also give you the opportunity to:

Manage the timely processing of necessary accounting transactions such as banks and various other entries
Proactively reevaluate processes & systems that can enhance the team's workflow and efficiencies
Perform high quality & timely balance sheet reconciliations
Support ad hoc projects: contributions to projects set up to improve quality of accounting information
Support internal stakeholders with requested financial information

Can you deliver
Here are the skills and experience we're looking for:

Bachelor's degree in accounting or relevant work experience
2+ years' relevant general ledger experience, working in a dynamic multinational environment
You have been exposed to the use of ERP (experience with Workday is a plus) and MS Office (proficient user in Excel)
You can set objectives, meet deadlines, and are detailed oriented
Good organizational skills & the ability to efficiently manage priorities while meeting deadlines
A teamplayer mindset with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for collaborating
Fluent English (written & spoken)
