As a
Security Coordinator, you are responsible for security and loss prevention within the facilities to protect People, asset and goods.

In this position, you will be responsible for enforcing all security and loss prevention activities to provide a safe, secure environment and safeguard employees, property, clients, and goods.

YOUR CHALLENGE WILL BE:

• Ensuring the implementation of group policies, standards and procedures, according to the global corporate guidelines
• Ensuring that security & loss prevention standards and instructions are consistently and effectively applied during the planning, development and execution of business operations as well as in all administration, infrastructure and support functions activities
• Conducting investigation on security event (missing, theft, etc. events) delivering related reports
• Interfacing with external law enforcement agencies to manage and prevent all problems relating to thefts, reports;
• Training of warehouse personnel on security & safety topics
• Evaluating and suggesting improvement solutions applicable
• Supporting health & safety function in related local task

WHO YOU ARE:

• Diploma or Degree;
• Experience in the role of at least 3 years in structured companies
• Good knowledge of the Office Package
• Assertive with clients and collaborators
• Able to analyse conflict situations and reach agreements
• Ability to proactively gather the right data from appropriate sources, while considering all of the facts and other perspectives
• Availability 24/24 for emergency and open to work flexible shifts, including days, nights and/or weekends
• Fluent in English, basic French preferable
• Selfmotivation to work with mínimal supervision or in a team environment
