Tasks:


  • Acting as contact for financially related topics for various B2C ecommerce shops with the relevant Business areas and other relevant stakeholders
  • Coordination and maintenance of fraud rules for different B2C ecommerce shops
  • Reconciliation of cash with sales/prepayments
  • Handling of chargebacks, disputes & refunds and related tasks
  • Preparation and booking of financially relevant transactions in SAP system
  • Creation and monitoring of Payment and Fraud statistics
  • Month end closing tasks
  • Takeover of special projects
    Requirements:
  • Bachelor in Finance or IT and/or work experience of three years min. in B2C/ecommerce related areas
  • Experience within the SAP module
  • Strong MS Office skills (i.e. Excel, Word)
  • Profound knowledge of accounting and affinity for numbers
  • Very good written and spoken English skills.
  • German would be beneficial
  • Excellent communication skills and teamwork
