  • Collaborate with experienced Investment Managers and assist in the financial evaluation of M&A opportunities (sell
- and buyside) and own developments in the wind & solar sector

  • Create projectspecific financial assessments (discounted cash flow) based on financial models in Excel for both M&A opportunities and own development pipeline
  • Develop Excelbased valuation tools for project development
  • Analyze and present valuation results, market data, and transaction information to support the decision makers
  • Support in every stage of an M&A process: Transaction management, preparation of marketing material like investment teaser or information memos, dataroom management, preparation of internal decision material, support on valuation

Qualifications:


  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Engineering, or a related field
  • Previous experience in valuation, M&A, controlling through internships or similar is advantageous
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good command of the German and English languages
  • Excellent team player with strong interpersonal skills
  • Integrity is a significant part of your personality

Additional Information:


Working students can organize their time flexibly within the week (on an hourly basis) up to 20 hours per week.


Please be informed that we are looking for applicants who are enrolled at a university during the whole engagement period.

Applications can be sent either in English or in German. Please be aware that office presence is required part of the time.
