Tetra Pak is looking for a
Process Lead Pre-Press & Printing colleague to join our team in
Limburg, Germany.
In this position you will coordinate all other functions in factory to plan, organize and control production in overall operations/ specific process to ensure that products are produced efficiently, on time, within budget and to standard.
What you will do:
- Lead and guide employees in the respective process area operation as line manager
- Responsible for ensuring the continuity in the respective process area/operation
- Ensuring safe working environment and implementation of fundamental rules related to quality, safety standards.
- Execution, planning and tracking of KPIs in respective process area with full accountability
- Execution of the daily management systems to identify the sporadic deviations of the processes and to eradicate the losses
- Active participation in World Class Manufacturing (WCM) pillars to ensure continuous improvement of processes as Member/Leader of the WCM Pillars and improvement teams/projects
- Working with benchmarks to standardize processes
We believe you have:
- Possess or complete your Master's/Advanced Science degree, engineering or management degree or equivalent studies
- Solid, professional personality and the ability to build and use networks.
- Utilize advanced problem solving skills and contribute theoretical knowledge to the current tasks
- Being performanceoriented and work in a goaloriented manner with a strong technical interest and analytical skills.
- Having strong communication skills and very good German and English skills, both verbally and in writing.
