Your department
Our CRE (Corporate Real Estate) division is responsible for all ASML buildings, infrastructures and facilities throughout their service lives. It plays a crucial role in the change and development processes that will take us into completely new dimensions. CRE not only manages our significant facility expansion, it also ensures top performance of our critical systems.

Your tasks: The necessary office space at the right time is a prerequisite for the described further development of the Berlin location and the associated significant growth targets. As part of the CRE team, you will be responsible for the planning of the overall spatial requirement and management of the office infrastructure.

Your task is to develop and ensure the best space concepts and workplace solutions for ASML in Berlin and other European locations. A key aspect of this role is to align global standards and specifications with local conditions and workplace requirements in the best possible way. You will also be responsible for the local management of the respective furnishing and workplace design projects.
Office planning and workplace design
Create an efficient and effective space requirement plan based on the company's commercial real estate strategy in terms of demand & supply, security, total cost, flexibility, business suitability, wellbeing and sustainability
Participate in office and new construction projects
Definition of user requirements as well as specifications for workplace solutions and acceptance criteria
Integrate and implement modern office concepts such as activitybased working
Ensure designs, workplace changes and moves are in line with workplace experience guidelines, business requirements and ASML/CRE guidelines and implement in line with technical (building) specifications
Work closely with internal and external stakeholders (global and local corporate real estate team, company representatives, HR, finance, IT, external planners and designers)

Workplace support

Initiate projects to modernize or improve specific aspects of workplace design and services to meet corporate requirements and ASML Global Real Estate guidelines and standards
Translate the vision on services and workplaces into requirements for Soft Services Management, while considering relevant issues such as wellbeing and sustainability, and specifying service requirements
Work closely with FM soft services suppliers, e.g. janitor, cleaning, canteen, furniture, etc.

Your qualifications:

Preferably completed bachelor's/master's degree in architecture, interior architecture or an equivalent qualification
At least three years of experience in an international company in the areas of Corporate Real Estate, Workplace Experience & Management as well as Soft Services
Extensive knowhow in spatial requirement planning
Knowledge of Activity Based Working (ABW), shared desks, agile concepts
Experience in working with soft services providers
Broad knowhow of legal principles (workplace regulations, occupational health and safety law, fire protection, etc.)
Experience in project support or project management is an advantage
Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
