Your Tasks:

Delivery

  • Leads a product team at both technological and disciplinary levels, reporting to the domain EDL
  • Initiates RfPs and contributes to decisionmaking processes
  • Supports solution architecture aligned with enterprise principles
  • Collaborates with the Product organization, influencing and driving product delivery
  • Makes technologyrelated decisions within the product
  • Manages dependencies and risks, creating effective mitigation plans
  • Possesses technical acumen to articulate and defend decisions

  • Selects team members for the product through recruiting efforts
  • Fosters a culture of growth and success, acknowledging achievements, and aligning with a common vision and strategy
  • Conducts skill and performance assessments based on feedback from Product Owners, Lead Product Owners, and Agile Coaches
  • Organizes regular product team meetings
  • Communicates official instructions and delivers formal warnings when necessary
  • Demonstrates strong intercultural knowledge
  • Manages the performance of the product team and handles administrative tasks for direct reports

  • Shares and explains official corporate communication with the team
  • Provides feedback and defines goals for continuous improvement
  • Maintains a strong network within the Technology and interfaces with other companies, such as Country Management

  • Manages conflict and mediates in case of problems
  • Develops skills to mitigate weaknesses and enhance strengths within the team
  • Engages and motivates the team, fostering a strong relationship and identification with the product, domain, and company

Your Profile:


  • Excellent knowledge of modern SAP platforms and frameworks
  • Deep expertise in SAP ERP (R/3) and Finance Modules, including GKM Condition Management Module/Product
  • Profound understanding of Financial Business Processes, particularly Condition Contract Management
  • Familiarity with Data Engineering, preferably on Google Cloud Platform or equivalent, is a plus
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation
  • Ability to structure complex topics, translating architectural models into software architectures and business language without losing crucial details
  • Experience in scaling up team capacities and leading multiple teams across various locations
  • Proficient in facilitating and moderating communities, supporting collaborative decision processes
  • Fluent in English and German
