YOUR MISSION:


  • You reinforce the Accounting Team in Germany
  • Work with financial controller to act as liaison between Financial Controller, Property Management Accountant, and other departments for assigned properties/projects
  • You process the reporting system (Yardi) and/or AX Dynamics
  • With your profound knowledge in German HGB, tax law and IFRS, you prepare and review the financial reporting and annual financial statements precisely
  • You support in the preparation of monthly accounting package for the controllers
  • You are responsible for Intercompany loans and balances you coordinate with controllers and other colleagues in other countries in Europe
  • You assist in the AP / AR Process
  • With your expertise, you ensure a professional contact for auditing
  • You are assisting the controllers in the cash flow forecast process

YOUR PROFILE:


  • Apprenticeship or University degree in business economics with specialization in accounting, tax or related field
  • German certified accounting qualification "Bilanzbuchhalter or international Bilanzbuchhalter" or profound experience in accounting
  • First working experience in accounting or tax advisory, experience in a real estate company(property accounting) is an advantage
  • Profound knowledge in accounting according to HGB and IFRS
  • Ability to work in a team and open communication
  • Profound knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel); experience with Yardi is a strong advantage
  • Good written and spoken English knowledge, German on a native level preferred
