ABOUT THE TEAM


The Process Automation CoE team within the IT organization of SAP (aka Intelligent Enterprise Solutions - IES) is a diverse and agile team of experts located in Walldorf and Berlin.

We help the Lines of Business to automate simple and repetitive business processes by using our own product SAP Build Process Automation (SBPA).

The CoE team is closely working together with Service Partners in India to scale and establish a Robotic Process Automation (RPA) factory.

In addition, we also support Citizen Developers who want to develop automation by themselves.


THE ROLE


We are looking for a working student who will support the Process Automation team throughout all phases and aspects of the Lifecycle of a Robotic Process Automation (RPA) bot, from idea to sunset.


  • Create and maintain our external / internal Work Zone pages and related communication
  • Support Citizen Developers and the related Community including the creation of a GenAI Chatbot to support them
  • Help with LoB communication and create own ideas on new process automations using SAP Build Process Automation, SAP Signavio and SAP Build Code
  • Work will be in a hybrid mode, remote and onsite in Walldorf

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

  • Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
  • Preferred fields of study: information management
  • Computer skills: Microsoft Office and related automation technologies
  • Language skills: fluent in English, German
  • Soft skills: team player, expert in organizing, creative, open minded
  • Others: willing to learn and work with new software like SAP Build Process Automation, SAP Signavio, and SAP Build Code #Workingstudent #Werkstudent #Germany #Deutschland #Student_
