For our office in Berlin or remotely possible, we are looking for a Paid Social Specialist (div/f/m) who is characterized by a high degree of openness and empathy and who is burning to further develop and, above all, to contribute his/her passion in the field of Paid Social.


Your tasks briefly and compactly mentioned:

  • Development, set up and optimization of paid social campaigns across platforms like Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Twitter Ads, LinkedIn Ads
  • Analyzing campaign data and generating reports to provide insights and recommendations for clients or internal stakeholders
  • Regularly communicating campaign updates, performance metrics, and recommendations to clients, ensuring alignment and satisfaction
  • Allocating and managing budgets for paid social campaigns to achieve optimal results, preparation of Paid Social forecasts and media plans
  • Identifying and define target audiences for effective ad targeting
  • Collaborating with design teams to create compelling visuals or videos for ad campaigns
  • Crafting engaging and persuasive ad copy to attract the target audience
  • Continuously monitoring campaign performance and making datadriven adjustments to optimize key metrics
  • Implementing and configuring conversion tracking mechanisms, such as pixels or tags, to measure campaign success.
  • Designing and running A/B tests to compare different ad variations, targeting strategies, or landing pages for performance optimization
  • Technical support in the preparation of Paid Social pitches
  • Support of our Paid Social Consultants in giving insights for presentations, analyses and reports

YOU

  • Have at least 2 years of experience in handson paid social projects
  • Have collaborate skills for working with crossfunctional teams, clients, and stakeholders
  • Think proactively and have a healthy amount of creativity as well as the fun to bring in own ideas
  • Are characterized by a structured and analytical way of working
  • Have a passion for Paid Social and are always up to date for news and trends
  • Have deep expertise in paid social Platforms like Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Twitter Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Pinterest Ads and other relevant platforms
  • Have a great understanding of numbers and KPIs and are able to control complex campaign set ups, budgets and results
  • Are able to implement paid social strategies aligned with business goals, target audience, and budget
  • Have skills in creating and leveraging audience segments to maximize campaign performance and ROAS
  • Are proficient in analyzing campaign data and metrics to identify trends, optimize performance, and provide actionable insights.
  • Have knowledge of implementing and tracking various conversion events using pixels, tags, or other relevant methods
  • Are able to effectively allocate and manage campaign budgets to achieve desired outcomes
  • Have a good knowledge of Pivot and XLS and know how to manage a product catalog, experience with data feeds, dashboard creation, tag management or basic coding is a plus
  • Have a very good command of written and spoken English ( C1), German is a plus
