What we are looking for


To support us on our mission, we are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Community Management & Social Media Intern.

If you have a passion for nurturing and growing a community through various social media channels, then this is the perfect opportunity for you As a Community Management & Social Media Intern, your primary focus will be on building and managing a robust online community around our brand and product, with an emphasis on Twitter, Reddit, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube.

  • Support to manage and moderate conversations across multiple social media channels (Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Reddit, YouTube, etc.) to encourage interaction and build relationships with communities and influencers
  • Monitor online platforms for relevant mentions and timely responses
  • Assist in evaluating, monitoring and presenting data on community engagement metrics such as reach, engagement and sentiment
  • Assist with social media initiatives, including creating content, scheduling posts and managing potential crises
  • Cocreate and manage social media marketing campaigns to grow the community
  • Work with other internal teams to integrate community feedback into marketing and product development
  • Identify social media trends and develop new approaches and recommendations for action
  • Establish a documentation system for frequently asked questions and automated responses to increase efficiency and productivity over time
What you bring to the table


Basic Qualifications

  • Enrolled student in business, marketing, communications or a related field
  • You have initial experience in digital marketing, communications or community management
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a proven talent for content creation
  • Affinity and indepth understanding of social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Previous internship or work experience in marketing and/or strong experience as demonstrated through projects, research
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel) and familiar with social media analytics software such as Hootsuite, Sprinklr or Sprout Social
  • Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within an international team
  • Creative thinker with a passion for developing new ideas and strategies
  • Strong organisational and project management skills
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment with tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and producing high quality work
  • Fluency in written and spoken English is essential, while knowledge of other languages such as German and Spanish would be an advantage
