MEHER KAKALIA is looking for a new Sales Assistant for its Berlin Mitte Store.

As a Sales Assistant, you will be an ambassador of the brand and your role will consist of the following:

• Contribute to the development of our brand's image by providing a unique in-store experience and personalized fashion styling advises
• Drive sales and achieve targets by introducing complementary items
• Share product and brand knowledge, build, and maintain a good relationship with clients, collect CRM details; manage personal followup with the clients.
• Assist in maintaining the shop floor, visual merchandising, stock management, and social media posts, always promoting the brand image.

You will combine an enthusiastic and authentic taste for the brand, for fashion, and for sale.


PROFILE

• You have a proven successful year of experience selling Ready to Wear and Leather Goods in Fashion or Luxury Retail.
• You have an excellent personal presentation.
• You are proactive and positive, a good team player with a high level of motivation
• You are passionate about customer service and the sales floor, committed to achieving targets.
• You are focused on the client's needs and experience, and willing to build longlasting relationships.
• You have excellent communication skills to ensure clear, effective communication with management, staff, and clients.
