Sensorberg - Who?:

Sensorberg is an innovative Berlin-based tech company that was founded in 2013.
We develop hardware and software for the digitalisation and automation of buildings. We specialise in solutions for
storage, co-working spaces and commercial.

We believe that a building is not just a building but a place where people spend more than half of their lives.

Besides intelligent access systems, we equip buildings with a comprehensive digital infrastructure to provide occupants with the highest levels of safety, comfort and productivity, while enabling operators and owners to manage and utilize buildings with maximum efficiency.

We are a rather small company where people of different cultures and personalities come together and have (their) place.

What's my role?:

To enhance our team we are looking for a person who fits the following job description and profile:

Your responsibilities will be:

You develop and take ownership of products and features that solve our users needs and focus on speed, reliability, scalability and customization.
You create user journeys, personas and general research together with the team.
You monitor the market and develop competitive analyses and you evaluate existing data and research to create user stories based on the collected information.
You coordinate with internal and external stakeholders in an iterative process to find & create the best possible solution.
You take part and contribute in Design Thinking workshops to grow ideas into real products with the team.
You prioritize requirements, take over the maintenance of the product backlog and ensure the common understanding of the tasks.
Together with other members of the product team you maintain a properly managed Backlog and roadmap that contribute to the company strategy and take care of continuous communication.

What should I bring with me?:

You have a proven track record of delivering product solutions from vision and conception to completion.
You have experience working with multiplatform teams building complex products and managing the various stakeholder interest.
You have experience with agile development methods, a confident appearance and good communication skills.
You can seamlessly work across functional and organizational boundaries and influence decisionmaking across levels and organizations.
You are able to easily gather and evaluate large datasets/metrics and make informed decisions based on these.
You have very good verbal and written English language skills.
You can understand and contextualize product objectives.
