We are seeking a Senior Airtable Specialist to help design, build, support, and maintain our Airtable based creator solutions.

As a member of the team you will be a key player at the intersection of business and technology, supporting the growth of Audible through the successful creation and operation of our vital Creator facing systems.

You will interact with external partners and internal users, as well as interface with groups across Audible and Amazon as a whole.

You will collaborate closely with creators, and internal engineering and business teams to design, create, improve, and maintain our Airtable based systems and processes.

These are the tools and services that provide creators, such as independent authors, publishers, distributors, agents, managers, and narrators, with what they need to grow & monetize their content and audience.

In other words, the tools and services that allow creators to achieve the Fame and Fortune they deserve and love working with Audible while they do it.

You will move fast to refine clear scope and product requirements, question assumptions, identify issues where appropriate, and proactively identify and raise product risks.

Your success will rely on your knowledge of Airtable and its use within enterprise organizations to serve external and internal users.

Your high-impact role requires not only strategic vision and inventing for customers, but also strong execution, technical depth, analytical rigor, and excellent communication.

You have a proven track record of designing, building, maintaining, and supporting complex Airtable based solutions and demonstrate a passion for building value for external partners, internal stakeholders, and end-users.

As a Senior Airtable Specialist, you will...

Help drive the product strategy and vision for Audible's creators to serve the needs of our rapidly growing global business
Work closely with crossfunctional teams from product, engineering, data science, design, marketing, content, finance, legal and more
Help define the technical approach to provide the best scalable Airtable based solutions for creators
Build and cultivate relationships with creators and stakeholders. Proactively manage expectations
Create bestinclass Airtable based systems and workflows
Use data to drive decisions, targeting metrics for success, and measuring results against them
Inspire & motivate teams around a clear vision, strategy, and roadmap

Berlin, BE, DEU

Basic Qualifications

BS in engineering, computer science, or similar discipline
3+ years of experience designing, building, maintaining, and supporting Airtable based solutions in an Enterprise environment
Experience with agile and lean product management methodology and best practices

Preferred Qualifications

Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills
High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
The ability to gather input & communicate with many internal and external stakeholders
Sound business judgment, proven ability to influence others, and analytical thinking skills are critical to success in this position
