How You'll Make an Impact

Support international agile teams
Facilitate agile ceremonies of the teams to ensure the continuous delivery and improvements
Ensure that the team achieves the sprint goals on time
Communicate and collaborate with Product owner, team and stakeholders
Manage the agile boards (e.g. Scrum, Kanban) and track the progress
Refresh and coach scrum teams towards agile mindset

What You Bring

Current technical or business degree (bachelor or master) or comparable
Interest in agile and lean methodologies, techniques and frameworks (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
Having an interdisciplinary, analytical and structured way of thinking
Ability to communicate confidently in an international and multicultural environment
Open minded, motivated and enthusiastic in driving change
Motivation to join a great team with diverse employees and work together for a sustainable future
Good written and spoken German and English skills
