Our client, a leading Multinational Company in the Retail & Wholesale Industry, is currently looking for a:

Retail HR Business Partner DACH

Areas of responsibility:

• Work closely with Retail managers and employees to provide guidance and support on various HR matters, including Employee Relations, Performance Management, Compensation and Benefits, Training and Development, Recruitment
• Define and implement an HR strategy with Retail Management to reach the target goals for the local market
• Provide guidance and support to Retail managers on employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions
• Develop and deliver training programs for retail employees
• Ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations, updating policies and procedures
• Performance management including compensation and benefits programs

Requirements:

• University degree

years of experience with solid experience in HR and Retail sector

• Knowledge of fundamental HR practices
• Employee Relations, Talent Development, Performance Management, Recruitment, local Labor Law
• Effective communication skills
• German and English fluent

Salary: 80,000.00€ - 90,000.00€ per year
