What you'll do

As a member of our team, you'll support our Hiring Managers with your expertise in a trustful way in the entire recruiting and selection process of different departments from the advertisement to the offer
You enjoy supporting employer branding and talent acquisition projects in an international environment and developing new measures together

What you'll bring

You've a university degree with a business/psychological focus as well as 24 years of experience in a similar position in recruiting
Due to your confident appearance and enjoyment of communicating with various stakeholders, you're able to assert yourself well, especially with Hiring Managers
Within the last few years, you've already gained experience in active sourcing and employer branding
Above all, your extroverted appearance and your distinctive communication skills are among your strengths
You describe yourself as flexible and independent and your way of working as proactive
You describe your English skills as good
