We are looking for active support in the GAM (Global Assignment Management) Lifecycle Coordination team as soon as possible. We are currently redesigning our services for our employees on international assignments. Take an active part in the design of the new services and be part of our great team.

These are some of the challenges you will face:

Coordination of online events
Reporting (creating reports)
Transferring evaluations from surveys and transferring them to the number system (analysis)
Clean up surveys in preparation for calls
Preparation and followup of product calls, e.g. compiling questions, preparing FAQs
Adjust knowledge articles in the knowledge database
Revise slide sets of e.g. product calls
Filing of documents in electronic files

Qualifications

Degree in the field of economics or a similar course of study
Confident handling of MS-Office and interest in IT systems desirable
Confident knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
Commitment, proactivity and ability to work in a team
Analytical mindset and strategic way of working
Structured, careful and solutionoriented
Quick comprehension
Service orientation and good communication skills
