This position plays a pivotal role in providing business partner support for different teams and specific expertise for DACH market.

Your responsibilities

Looking after the employment process on DACH Market
Providing an advice on German employment law practices
Participating in planning and facilitating onboarding and other employee programs
Partnering with different stakeholders and managers, advising on retention, performance management, salary review, employee engagement, training, diversity and inclusion, employee relations
Looking after the compliance with local German employment laws
