For our Fendt Marketing Team at our bavarian location Marktoberdorf we are looking for a
Global Owner Dealer Tools Marketing Center of Excellence (M/F/d)_.

_

At Fendt, you will work for the premium supplier and innovation driver in the agricultural machinery industry.

In our Sales and Marketing teams, you will help to consolidate our premium positioning in existing markets, in addition to developing new sales territories and bringing the unique Fendt brand experience to life worldwide.

We pride ourselves on establishing close partnerships with our distribution partners and farmers, aspiring to exceed their expectations and position Fendt as the brand of choice.

What You Will Do

Responsible for driving the development and implementation of digital dealerfacing tools (e. x. Salesforce) and capabilities within the Fendt Marketing organization on a global scale.
Ensure global cooperation and regional coordination to ensure the development and implementation of digital tools.
Building and driving of development roadmaps for long term global solution
Crossdepartmental project work within Fendt and AGCO IT Departments
Responsible for definition and Fendt internal alignment of use cases
Derive and synchronize requirements within Fendt Marketing and IT organization
Contribute to the Global System Roadmap
Collaborate with internal and external partners to identify, evaluate and drive processes and digital tools
Controlling and monitoring of progress based on relevant KPIs

What You Will Bring

Degree in industrial engineering / information technology, business administration, computer science or similar course of study
Minimum 5 years proven track record of working in digital transformation/ IT projects in international, complex environments, preferably in agile frameworks
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Business fluent in English, German skills are of advantage
