Your tasks

Our projects shape the future of autonomous driving in a very dynamic environment.

Your tasks include the following responsibilities:

Maintaining and executing the Agile Transformation Strategy of the organizational unit
Providing guidance and vision by consulting and coaching Executives and Leaders
Contributing to our global Lean-Agile Center of Excellence in your role as a Trainer and Coach
Facilitating the cultural change by successfully implementing lighthouse projects
Systematically improving existing structures by organizing around value to improve development flow
Contributing actively to our continuous improvement and problemsolving within the organization

Profile:

Several years of experience in the area of Project Management of largescale projects
Knowledge of Agile Methods within corporate environments, especially SAFe
Experience in Automotive processes (e.g. ASPICE, ISO26262) is desired
Familiarity with project management and reporting tools like JIRA
Very good handling with MS Office software
Business fluent English language skills (written and spoken)
Excellent communication skills as well as the ability to create and maintain a good relationship with senior leadership positions as well as engineering teams
Determined, goaloriented personality collaborative and openminded attitude
Thriving in an international, multicultural environment
Willingness to travel (approx. 10%)
