Then come and join our global team as Executive Associate (f/m/d) to the Global Head of CT to proactively support the management team in our Computed Tomography (CT) business line and make an important contribution to the success of Siemens Healthineers.**
Your tasks and responsibilities:

You will report directly to the Head of CT and work closely with him and the management team
You will support the Head of CT in the daytoday business
You prepare analyses and decision proposals for the CT management
You will manage strategic projects with other stakeholders and lead a project in own responsibility
You will take over the moderation of global management meetings and workshops

Your qualifications and experience:

You have a successfully completed university degree
You convince with many years of professional experience in a consulting or strategy environment or have already gained relevant experience as an Executive Associate in a global matrix organization. A technical and/or scientific background would be a strong plus
You have strong analytical and strategic skills
You have experience supporting strategic and crossfunctional projects
You are experienced in communicating, aligning and managing stakeholders across multiple levels, including executive management

Your attributes and skills:

You have strong presentation and communication skills as well as excellent English language skills that enable you to communicate easily and at eye level with different business units, cultures and management levels in an international environment. German language skills are a plus
Your strong analytical skills enable you to quickly analyze complex issues and present them clearly and efficiently. You have a keen eye for detail and accuracy in analysis and implementation
Your strategic thinking is characterized by your ability to anticipate longterm interdependencies and quickly grasp the most important levers in a problem area. On this basis, you identify alternative courses of action and point out consequences and potential consequences
You use your interpersonal skills to build trusting relationships and constantly expand your network within the company
We win together: you enjoy working in an international environment and are motivated and enthusiastic about your tasks
