The purpose of your role is


to lead our cybersecurity transformation with precision and expertise, wielding your program and project management skills to oversee and guide initiatives that aim to increase our cyber resilience and propel us into a secure digital future.


Job Summary:

The Cybersecurity Continuous Improvement Program Manager will lead and support cybersecurity annual program and underlying projects and initiatives within the organization.

This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, implementing best practices, and utilizing cutting-edge tools to enhance cybersecurity posture and resilience.


Responsibilities:


  • Lead Cybersecurity Continuous Improvement Program: Take ownership structuring cybersecurity program and projects from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify with the Information Security organization, goals, gapsm and opportunities for enhancing cybersecurity processes, methodologies, and tools, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements coordinate the implementation of needed changes, communicate program updates and milestones, and ensure program success.
  • Assist in identifying, assessing, and mitigating cybersecurity risks, and implement effective risk management strategies.
  • Develop and maintain program and project documentation, reports, and dashboards to track program deliverables and key metrics.
  • Compliance and Governance: Ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards, regulations, and industry best practices, and support governance activities as needed.
  • Participate in regular review of IS guidelines and standards in order to ensure identified improvements are also reflected in the documents supporting METRO's management system for Information Security.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management or related roles, with a understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices.
  • Understanding cybersecurity tools and technologies, familiarity with risk assessment methodologies is desirable, and experience with project management tools such as JIRA and Confluence is required.
