As the HR Manager Systems & Analytics you have a very esteemed position within Serrala. SAP SuccessFactors connects Human Resources & Talent Acquisition with the Business. Your tasks:

  • HR systems are music to your ears: Definition of key users, rights concepts, collection of user stories as well as translation into systemside target processes are part of your tasks all within SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Processes Knowledge: Efficiency is the foundation of a scaling organization. You are responsible for taking HR processes and translating them into appropriate future processes. Continuous improvement is your drive.
  • Techie at heart: You love technical challenges From conception to implementation, you continuously improve our setup with SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Measure success: You not only evaluate the success of your actions, but also work together with HR Controlling to create a 'cockpit' to manage our HR initiatives. Your analyses of patterns and processes help us to make potential visible.
  • It's all about the money: Help shape our compensation structures and principles. Compensation packages and benchmarking are part of your role.
  • Interface juggler: Interdisciplinary cooperation characterizes your work. You will cooperate closely with different roles such as HR Business Partner, HR Services, Controlling, Accounting or IT.
  • Workshops and Co: Moderation and consulting with regard to the feasibility of requirements and innovations round off the versatility of your role.

Your profile:

  • Solid background: Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or Business Informatics with at least 5 years of professional experience in Human Resources or in a Consulting Company.
  • Clarity to Complexity: Indepth knowledge of the HR Core and Talent Management environment as well as experience in HR Transformation Processes.
  • Tool Knowledge: Experience in at least two of the following SAP Success Factors modules: Employee Central, Onboarding, Compensation, Performance, Recruiting and Learning both in administration and implementation; experience in setting up specific ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
  • Your Expertise: Experience in (technical) HR project work and intrinsic motivation to be up to date on current trends and developments in the HR environment
  • Your mentality: A high level of business understanding and the ability to penetrate complex contexts and prepare them in a way that is appropriate for the recipient
  • Last but not least: High service orientation and IT affinity as well as business fluent English round off your profile.
