We are looking for Senior Media Strategist - New Business/ Client Growth, an experienced and enthusiastic strategic planner to come and join our growing international client growth team.

What you can expect with us:

Create ground-breaking, best in class integrated strategies for a vast array of international clients. Not secluded in an ivory tower but with a very hands-on and pragmatic mindset.
Leverage visual storytelling to convince potential clients of our recommendation by telling catchy, simple and fascinating stories.
Define how the briefed objectives translate into a media approach across both digital and offline paid touchpoints.
Help to win new business pitches, expand relationships with existing clients and support activities to strengthen our own agency positioning.
Collaborate closely with a diverse range of colleagues from diverse disciplines, including data scientists, martech developers, researchers, creatives and media planners.
Brief local expert teams how to execute your media strategy.

What we expect from you:

3 to 5 years' experience in a media agency in a planning or strategy role
You feel at home in the demanding, fastpaced world of new business and are able to quickly change your focus from one project or industry to another.
Excellent strategic thinking paired with good understanding of media planning basics
Datadriven mindset and analytic approach to tasks
Ability to tell engaging stories
Desire to always innovate and pursue new paths with a positive and proactive attitude
Strong written, presentation, analytical and verbal skills, fluent in English (German is a plus)
