Aufgaben:
Zur Urlaubsvertretung unserer Telefonzentrale am Standort Ingersheim suchen wir vom eine Aushilfe (m/w/d) befristet für Telefondienst und Bürotätigkeiten.

Bedienen der Telefonzentrale
Empfangen von Besuchern
Wareneingang

- und Versandtätigkeiten

Erstellen von Versanddokumenten
Verwaltungstätigkeiten

Anforderungen:

Schüler/in ab 16 Jahren oder Student/in
Microsoft Office-Kenntnisse
Zuverlässigkeit, Belastbarkeit, Flexibilität und Teamfähigkeit
Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Deutsch verhandlungssicher
