For our department "Product Management Identification Documents" we are looking for a
Director Product Management Identification Documents (m/w/d)

- full-time at our location in Munich

Main tasks:

Instrumental in the development of the business line's strategy, contributing to the overall corporate strategy to establish Veridos as a global "ID" solution provider
Responsibility for strategic technical partnerships for the division's portfolio
Responsibility for the division's budget and overall R&D budget documents
Product related competitive intelligence and analysis, evaluation and derivation of actions
Creation of requirement profiles for new products and features to be developed
Development of product strategies and roadmaps, communication and management of these
Equally responsible for product marketing
Regular coordination with both parent companies regarding products and roadmaps
Training of sales and the rest of the organization on products
Development and presentation (to customers) of product presentations, "Fighting Guides" and product solutions
Technical and disciplinary leadership of the product management team Identification documents
Profile:
Successfully completed engineering studies (university), ideally with additional business training
Experience in product management and/or product marketing, ideally in the environment of ID products
Distinct ability as an "entrepreneur within the company", this includes e.g. a high level of solution orientation, "networking", persistence and preservance, passion and goal orientation
Professional team leader, with high intercultural competence
Always mindful of a balanced relationship between delegation and "handson"
Representative appearance and demeanor, strong communicator and professional for presentations to clients
Safe handling on MS Office
Good communicator
English fluently, german or another language will be a plus
