Job Description:


We are currently seeking a
Project Closeout Lead to join our team in Frankfurt, Germany, to support the closeout of a major
Data Center build project.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and maintain the project closeout plan to ensure a timely and efficient closeout process.
  • Lead the closeout activities, working with the project team, contractors and stakeholders to ensure all tasks are completed in accordance with the plan.
  • Manage the handover of the project to the client, ensuring a smooth transition and providing ongoing support as required.
  • Identify and manage any outstanding issues or deficiencies, ensuring they are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including the client, contractors and vendors.
  • Provide regular status updates to the project team and management, highlighting any issues or concerns.

Requirements:


  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, preferably in the data center missioncritical facilities industry.
  • Experience in project closeout activities, including handover to the client.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Proficiency in project management software, such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
  • Fluency in English and German.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
