Occupant safety systems rely on active sensors and microprocessors to trigger pre-crash and in-crash occupant protection (such as tightening safety belts and deploy airbags) when it judges a collision is inevitable.

Critical crash information is sent over e-call to emergency services and recorded for post-crash analysis.


What you'll do?

• Supporting the team and management in daytoday business
• Correspondence & office organization
• Processing & scanning of incoming and outgoing mail
• Maintenance of client master data in the purchasing system
• Correspondence in German and English
• Support & assumption of special tasks and projects
• Collaboration & organization of internal events
• Support in the area of cost planning and financial accounting processes
• Contact person for external service providers
• Administrative support in the area of fleet management
• Preparation and followup of relevant online and offline appointments Monitoring of contracts (rental, leasing)

What you'll bring

• Very good knowledge of German and English (written and spoken)
• Commercial apprenticeship or bachelor

- at least 3 years experience as assistant

• Handson mentality
• Discretion, reliability, openmindedness
